For International Day of Indigenous Peoples 2024, I created key artwork and a logo redesign for XBOX based on my own Chitimachan heritage.
The vibrant colors, intricate details, and dynamic composition evoke the punchy, upbeat rhythm of Southern jazz. Magical plants sway in the humid air, their movements echoing the heartbeat of the Louisiana bayou. At the center of this scene stands an enchanted cypress, a centuries-old tree that serves as a life force for the entire ecosystem. The frame of this artwork pays homage to my tribe's tradition of rivercane basket weaving. The tree itself is a key symbol on my tribe’s flag, representing the Sacred Cypress Tree of the Chitimacha.
This piece serves as a powerful reminder of the magic that is possible when we protect the earth and treasure the interconnectedness of all living things.
Evergreen Action commissioned a whimsical, hopeful poster design for their “The Future is Clean” Initiative.
As someone who believes that optimism is a powerful force — one that not only captures attention but also inspires action — designing this poster was an incredibly meaningful experience for me. A clean energy future embodies a collective commitment to the well-being of both people and the planet, and it’s an honor to think that my work might play a role in bringing us closer to that shared goal.
Google Doodle celebrating Indigenous lesbian activist, Barbara May Cameron.
Cameron is remembered for her passionate writing and speeches, many of which are housed at the San Francisco Public Library. Her words live on through her essay, No Apologies: A Lakota Lesbian Perspective which is featured in Our Right To Love: A Lesbian Resource Book.

Illustrations for 13Exp’s “Rio Reveals” virtual exhibition. This work follows two main characters: Dizzy, a queer, non-binary skateboarder, and Lupe, a lesbian Latinx woman. Though their storylines are separated by centuries, they both find a similar kinship with the fluidity of the LA River.
4th of July illustration for Illuminative, a Native women-led organization. This illustration presents a solemn crowd of racially and ethnically marginalized individuals with their mouths covered by tape patterned with the American flag. These figures stare up at the night sky, where vibrant fireworks burst against the backdrop of a raging fire…I invite viewers to question: as we celebrate our red, white, and blue American freedom, who in this country is really “free”?
